Ginna Gonzalez, LMHC

Ginna Gonzalez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with adults who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and anxiety disorders. Ginna is extensively trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard treatment intervention for OCD.

Ginna understands living in the constant cycle of obsessions and compulsions can feel like being trapped in a never-ending loop of anxiety and fear. Her goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect, allowing you to explore the depths of your OCD without feeling alone or judged. Are in-person sessions available?

Sessions are available via telehealth only at this time.

What are the benefits of online therapy?

Telehealth services offer more convenient access and increased accessibility. Meeting virtually also allows the therapist and client to work together in the same setting where symptoms may present the most.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with Aetna, AvMed, Cigna, Florida Blue, Optum, Oscar, Tricare East, UMR and United Healthcare. If we don’t accept your insurance, we can provide superbills at your request which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

How do I get started?
