Ginna Gonzalez, Owner and LMHC

Ginna Gonzalez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently based in Jacksonville, Florida. Ginna received her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Ginna has served diverse populations in her experience working in both community agency and private practice settings. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ginna specializes in working with adults who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and other anxiety disorders. Ginna is extensively trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard treatment intervention for OCD.

Ginna understands living with OCD can feel like you’re stuck in a loop of fear, doubt, and constant "what-ifs", and that you might feel exhausted from trying to avoid triggers, seeking reassurance, or performing rituals that only provide temporary relief. Her goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect, allowing you to explore the depths of your OCD without feeling alone or judged. Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or a combination of both, Ginna will walk alongside you every step of the way - offering guidance and unwavering support.

Maddi Watkins, LMHC, CCATP

Maddi is originally from the surrounding Indianapolis, IN area and received both her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Counseling from Indiana State University. Maddi has worked with adolescents in northern Indiana since 1996, and has an adult daughter, who is an artist, currently working in the tattoo industry. Maddi has been residing in Naples, Florida since 2023.

Maddi is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and currently specializes in OCD.  Maddi helps clients achieve their personal goals by understanding these issues and moving forward, using approaches that have proven to be more effective than older more traditional methods. Maddi treats clients who are new to anxiety treatment, as well as those who have not found that therapy has worked for them in the past. 

Maddi most commonly treats OCD, panic attacks, social anxiety disorder, general anxiety disorder, and agoraphobia. Maddie has been trained in Exposure Response Prevention for OCD, as well as I-CBT, which is the other evidenced-based OCD treatment. She also been trained in Com-B and Habit Reversal Training to treat Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as trichotillomania and excoriation, which are OCD-related behaviors. Maddi is also trained in treating trauma with Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy.
